DESCRIPTION:The 2025 deadline for Qualified Exemption status renewals was March 21st.\n\nAs a reminder, all previously determined Qualified Exempt farms under the Produce Safety Rule are required to verify their information with ISDA at least once annually. Without this verification, farms cannot be considered Qualified Exempt for the year 2025 and would therefore be subject to comply with the entirety of the Produce Safety Rule, including routine inspections.\n\nTo avoid an in-person visit to determine your farm’s status for the remainder of the 2025 year, all late forms must be submitted no later than Friday, May 2nd.\n\nYou can complete this form online by visiting our website.\n
