Sidnee Rose Hill

Sidnee is an agricultural economist, financial analyst, and ag management consultant employed at Scythe and Spade. She has worked intensively in creating economic and financial models analyzing profitability for both commercial and regenerative ranching operations. Through her previous employment with the University of Idaho Extension and her own consulting business, Spade Bit Consulting, she has had the privilege of individually assisting 170+ Idaho operations with their farm/ranch business goals.

Always an avid learner and advocate for agriculture she enjoys travelling Idaho and the world to experience new agricultural systems. From coffee production in Brazil to bison ranching in Montana; she harvests great farm business ideologies to bring back to her friends and clients.

She is passionate about supporting and advocating for farmers and ranchers in some of the most challenging aspects of their lives: namely financial sustainability, mental health, and beginning/transitioning farmer support.
