The Hops Program operates under a cooperative agreement with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to sample, and conduct quality analysis on hops to determine leaf, stem, and seed content. The Hops Program also issues Attestations of Equivalence for exporting hops, Certificates of Origin, and Certificates of Analysis.
