Idaho Licensing Freedom Act

In May 2017, Executive Order 2017-06, the Idaho Licensing Freedom Act, went into effect.  The Order requires states agencies to adopt a process affording interested persons an opportunity to submit data, views, opinions or arguments concerning professional, vocational and occupational licensing.  In compliance with this Order, the ISDA has established a dedicated email to receive input from the public related to the licenses issued by the ISDA –

In your comments, please be sure to include which license you are referencing as well as specific details about your concerns.  Comments received by the ISDA will be provided to the Office of the Governor by July 1, 2018, as required in EO 2017-06.
