Rules Governing Grape Planting Stock

IDAPA 02.06.20

As petitioned by the grape industry, the proposed rule change will add a quarantine pest to the regulated pest list for importing grape stock into Idaho.  This change will protect the grape industry by preventing entry of a harmful pest known to be damaging to grape production and will additionally standardize regional import requirements for Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
