Rules Pertaining to the Idaho Soil and Plant Amendment Act of 2001

The proposed changes incorporate by reference information and updates contained in the 2020 Official Publication of the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO), Merck Index, and The Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC) International Official Methods of Analysis (OMA) of the AOAC as they pertain to the methodology and practice of conducting regulatory soil and plant amendment registration and label review. The changes will update standards, ingredients and definitions in the current rule and publications to make them congruent with the new publications.
