We do not accept formalin/formaldehyde fixed or treated samples. A $50 disposal fee may be assessed.
The Animal Health Lab will do its best to meet stated times for resulting of tests; however, unforeseen circumstances may delay resulting of tests. The lab may not refund fees for delays in testing due to an unexpected failure of a lab component, equipment or reagents out of our control, and/or delays in resulting of tests for regulated diseases when confirmatory testing must be performed.
