If You Feel Sick, Please Cancel and Reschedule Your ISDA Licensing Exam

Monday March 16, 2020

If you become ill for any reason, regardless of whether you were exposed to COVID-19, please do not come to appointments or exams at any ISDA facility or an ISDA sponsored exam.

Please contact Elizabeth Palmateer at 208-332-8595 to reschedule your exam. You should reschedule your exam if:

• Have traveled internationally to any country outside the U.S. within 14 days of your scheduled exam;

• Believe that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 (even if you have not travelled internationally); or

• Are experiencing flu-like symptoms (such as a runny nose, headache, cough, sore throat or fever).

Visit coronavirus.gov for a complete list of CDC travel health notices. Learn about the Department of Homeland Security’s response to the coronavirus on their Coronavirus (COVID-19) page. You can also visit the state of Idaho’s Official Resources for the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) page.

We will help you reschedule your exam without penalty when you are healthy.

ISDA wants to ensure the safety of those whom we serve and our employees. Please do not visit  an ISDA office if you are sick or start to feel symptoms of being sick. Some illnesses and symptoms include:

• A cold or the flu

• Fever or nausea

• Severe headaches or body aches

• Muscle or stomach pain, chest pain or difficulty breathing

• Vomiting or diarrhea

• Active tuberculosis (TB)
