SPECIMEN AMOUNT AND TYPE
>6mL raw milk in a 15mL or 50mL screw-top conical tube, no more than 75% full; no snap cap containers.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
Store and ship milk samples cold, not frozen, on indirect ice packs. Each sample should be in an individual, sealable bag with absorbent material, paperwork in a separate sealed bag. Package in leak-proof container with absorbent material.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All samples also tested for AIV ELISA per federal guidance. Please note, all non-negative results will require forwarding to NVSL for confirmation. Final report will not be issued until NVSL results are received by ISDA.
