What our Peer Group Offers:
Fall 2025 Peer Groups will focus on succession and estate planning with topics ranging from business analysis and conflict resolution, to retirement planning and transfer of farm management vs farm assets. Peer group meetings will emphasize learning, group problem solving, and accountability.
Why You Should Join the Peer Group:
Access to Experts
Hear from farmers, accountants, lawyers, and farm transition advisors and receive feedback and ideas about how to implement strategies on your farm.
Camaraderie
Peer groups will be organized to maximize group participation and ensure discretion and security.
Tough Topics
Group members will choose which topics to focus on – ranging from financial analysis and retirement planning, to relationship building and communication strategies.
Virtual Sessions
Groups will meet bi-weekly, for 1.5-hour sessions, starting in October and concluding in December.
