ESA (Endangered Species Act) Resources:
The goal of EPA’s Endangered Species Protection Program (ESPP) is to carry out EPA’s responsibilities under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) in compliance with the Endangered Species Act (ESA), without placing unnecessary burden on agriculture and other pesticide users. Pesticide labels will include directions for protective measures for endangered species, known as mitigations, as new active ingredients are registered and existing pesticides are re-registered. Common resources for ESA can be found below.
If you have questions about becoming compliant with pesticide laws or rules, or would like to know more information, please contact us via email.
