Request an On-Farm Readiness Review

Request an On-Farm Readiness Review

Thank you for your interest in our On-Farm Readiness Review (OFRR) service!

OFRRs are intended to help educate growers on the produce safety rule, or help growers prepare for an inspection. A University of Idaho Extension educator and Idaho State Department of Agriculture staff will come to your farm to conduct your review. Plan for approximately 3-6 hours, depending on your farm's size and needs. Scheduling is flexible and your review can be broken into one or two sittings, or with a part conducted over the phone/web call.

Please note we recommend attending the Produce Safety Alliance Grower training prior to having an OFRR to get the most out of your review, although this is not required.

Upcoming Produce Safety Alliance classes are available at idahoproducesafety.eventbrite.com.

How can we help?

To request an OFRR, please fill out the form below.

What is your current level of comfort in understanding and applying the FSMA Produce Safety Rule on your farm?
Has someone from your operation completed the Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training?

Please enter information about your farm:

Check all farm activities that apply to your operation:
*What are your average annual produce sales? (Only produce sales)
*What are your average annual food sales? (All food that comes from your farm, including produce. ie: dairy, meat, corn, etc.)
OFRRs can take 3-6 hours to complete. Would you prefer to complete the review in one sitting or two? We can also complete part of the review over the phone, if desired.
