Certificate of Veterinary Inspection Books (CVIs) are no longer available. Veterinarians needing to issue CVIs can use the free Idaho Livestock Trace Program or another approved eCVI form. If you have any questions of need help getting access to a system, contact ISDA at 208-332-8540.
Effective July 1, 2025, paper CVI forms will not be accepted as valid movement documents for animals leaving Idaho.
