COLLECTION PROTOCOL

Bulls: collect smegma from glans penis/swab prepuce sheath

Cows: collect cervical mucus or vaginal discharge

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If inhibitors are present, a dilution and retest can be run for $20/pool. If the dilution and retest is still showing signs of inhibition, a clarification reextraction and retest can be run for $45/pool. If inhibition remains, all samples from the pool(s) will be resulted as indeterminate.
