Rule Discontinuation

As a result of the negotiated rulemaking process, it was determined that at this time, the ISDA will not pursue any changes to IDAPA 02.06.21, Rule For Voluntary Public Services of the Idaho Department of Agriculture Laboratories. Therefore, negotiated rulemaking for this rule shall be discontinued.
