Rules Governing Grade A Milk and Milk Products

The department proposes to incorporate by reference the four (4) documents utilized in this rule, including the Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, Evaluation of Milk Laboratories, Methods of Making Sanitation Ratings of Milk Shippers, and Interstate Milk shipments, to reflect the most recent version of each.
