Dealer Record Keeping Requirements
Pesticide dealers must maintain distribution records of restricted-use pesticides pursuant to IDAPA 02.03.03.200. These records must be retained for three (3) years. Items to be recorded are:
- The name and address of the person purchasing or receiving the restricted-use pesticide.
- The certified applicator name, license number and expiration date of the license for the person applying the restricted-use pesticide.
- The name, license number and expiration date of the pesticide dealer when a restricted-use pesticide is distributed to another dealer.
- The brand name and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Registration Number for the product distributed.
- The date of distribution of each restricted-use pesticide.
- The quantity and size of each restricted-use pesticide container and total quantity of each restricted-use pesticide distributed.
- The pesticide dealer’s name, address and dealer license number distributing the restricted-use pesticide.
