ISDA Rulemaking 2018-2019
The ISDA Rules Review Committee has met and discussed possible rulemaking ideas for the coming year. A stakeholder may petition the agency to initiate rulemaking by completing a Petition to Initiate Rulemaking. After an Administrative Rules Request Form (ARRF) has been approved by the Division of Financial Management for each rule, the rule will be added to the table below.
