The department intends to incorporate by reference the 2019 edition of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 44, Specifications, Tolerances, and Other Technical Requirements for Weighing and Measuring Devices. Also, to incorporate by reference the 2019 edition of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 133, Checking the Net Contents of Packaged Goods.
