ISDA Rulemaking 2019-2020
The table below lists the rulemaking dockets that ISDA has initiated for 2019/2020, after receiving approval from the Division of Financial Management. All negotiated rulemaking meetings are posted on the ISDA website in advance of the event. Stakeholders are encouraged to attend meetings or provide comments on proposed rules.
