Animal Industries 22-101A Rulemaking
These rulemakings adopt and re-publish the following existing and previously approved and codified rule chapters under IDAPA 02 Rules of the Department of Agriculture. Section 22-101A, Idaho Code, provides that ISDA must meet certain requirements when it formulates and recommends rules which are broader in scope or more stringent than federal law regulations or which propose to regulate an activity not regulated by the federal government.
