Rules Governing CAFO Site Advisory Team
IDAPA 02.04.18
This rule change is a result of a joint petition received from the Milk Producers of Idaho, Idaho Dairymen’s Association and the Idaho Farm Bureau to develop and adopt a new dairy nutrient management standard for Idaho dairy producers. If adopted, the new dairy nutrient management standard must be identified as a governing standard in all rules that pertain to nutrient management. This rule change will achieve consistency with other rules that identify the same standard.
