Consent to Treat Property for Japanese Beetle Control
I understand that a Japanese beetle (Popillia japonica) infestation has been detected on or near my property. I give my consent to allow the Idaho State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) and its agents and employees to treat areas of my property containing lawn or turf twice during the spring/summer of 2024 with a granular insecticide for control of JB larvae in the soil.
Please supply us with a record of your consent before the treatment scheduled to take place in May.
Please Note: Both the homeowner and the current resident have been notified of treatment to the property.
