The department proposes to update the incorporation by reference for diesel, bio-diesel, and gasoline fuel specifications.
The current incorporation by reference for fuel identifies the obsolete American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) 2007 specifications for gasoline, diesel, and bio-diesel motor fuels. Having current ASTM specifications promotes uniformity to fuel refineries and petroleum dealers that refine and transport fuels in Idaho and surrounding states.
