Environmental Toxicology

Environmental Toxicology provides chemical and toxicological information related to pesticides to the Idaho Emergency Response Commission, Field Operations staff and the general public when there is a concern about human, animal or environmental exposure.

The National Capital Poison Center maintains a website regarding pesticide poisoning, or call their toll free number at 1-800-222-1222.

The National Pesticide Information Center at Oregon State University maintains a web page with links to pesticide toxicological information.

The EXtension TOXicology NETwork maintains technical bulletins on over 150 different pesticide compounds. EXTOXNET is a cooperative effort of University of California-Davis, Oregon State University, Michigan State University, Cornell University, and the University of Idaho. Primary files are maintained and archived at Oregon State University.
